Everything you need to know about working with us.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking three to six months ahead for weddings and large corporate events. Smaller celebrations can often be accommodated with shorter notice. Contact us with your dates and we'll work out what's possible.

Can you customize services for my event?

Absolutely. Every event is different, and we build packages around what you need. Whether it's full planning, just photography, or adding Chai Wali to an existing event, we adapt to your vision.

Do you work outside Durban and Johannesburg?

We're based in Durban and Johannesburg, and regularly travel throughout South Africa for events. Travel costs and logistics are discussed during your consultation. Let us know your location and we'll advise on availability.

What's included in event planning?

Full planning covers venue selection, vendor coordination, decor design, timeline management, and day-of coordination. We handle the details so you can be present for the celebration.

Can I book just photography or just the bar?

Yes. Each division operates independently. Book SMA Studio for portraits, SMA Sip for mobile bar service, or Chai Wali as a standalone experience. Mix and match what suits your event.
